Q: When I place an order, where is it shipping from and when will it ship?
A: All orders are shipped from our Concord, CA location. Most orders ship within 1-2 business days from the time they are placed.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit cards as well as checks and money orders

Q: How do I pay by check or money order?
A: If you wish to pay by check or money order, please give us a call at (800) 600-0033 before sending payment. This way there is no confusion with item charges, where to send payment, or item numbers.

Q: What methods of shippment do you use?
A: We ship via UPS Ground, 3-Day, 2-Day, or Next Day service and USPS Normal Postal Service, Priority Mail, and Express Mail shipping.

Q: How do I get free shipping within the U.S.?
A: Your order qualifies for free MoreSaver! Shipping if your order is being shipped to one of the 48 contiguous states, only contains items that qualify for free shipping, and is over $59.00.

Q: Do you ship internationally and by what methods?
A: Yes, we ship all over the world! We use USPS Airmail or Surface mail, for international orders. If you are in Canada or Mexico UPS is available, although, other charges may apply. For shipping quotes, please feel free and email us at info@morebeer.com.

Q: Do you sell gift certificates?
A: Yes, they can be found on the site by searching for "gift" in the search bar at the top of the page. The amount you would like to purchase should be placed into the Order Qty. Please make sure to read the instructions carefully before finalizing your purchase.

Q: How do I redeem my gift certificate?
A: If you order online, simply put the gift certificate number and the amount into the "Special Instructions" window at check out. This is found at the bottom of the page in the checkout window. A sales representative will review your order and apply the gift certificate before processing the order. Another option is to call us at (800) 600-0033. You can place your order with one of our sales representatives and they will apply your gift certificate to the pending order. You can also, bring it into one of our retail locations and redeem it there.

Q: How do I check the status of my order?
A: If you have an account online, you can click on the Order History/Status link located at the top of the page. If you cannot view your order or do not have an account, you can give us a call at (800) 600-0033 Monday thru Friday 9:00 a.m - 6:00 p.m. PST or email us at info@morebeer.com.
